Vision and Mission

The rapid growth of the churches, the cultural demands of a constantly changing Africa, the challenge presented by the proliferation of sects and other religious movements, the economic poverty, and ravages of endemic diseases have all contributed to the importance of the founding of B.E.S.T. In addition, the past 20 years have been characterized by political and military crises driven by crises of leadership failures, tribalism, nepotism, and corruption. The HIV/AIDS epidemic has further aggravated the precarious health situation of African societies.

Vision:

The vision of B.E.S.T. is to see healthy African churches, rooted in the Scriptures, engaged in biblical mission and in its consequent transformation of society through the ministry of well trained leaders.

Mission:

The mission of B.E.S.T. is to contribute to the personal growth and biblical formation of men and women called to serve as true disciples of Jesus Christ and to participate in realizing the mission of Jesus Christ in Africa and in the world.
